The best experience I've ever had.. I'm not into fitness, I had no previous experience in CrossFit but these women are positive powerful..!! they have encouraged me to keep focus in my personal goals, stay motivated and to have confidence in myself. I am so grateful to be part of the Solstice team.. 💪🏻

I started with Solstice in October 2022 with nutrition counseling and personal training. I love Christie's approach of taking small steps that lead to life long habits for nutrition. The personal training was tailored and different every time which is so cool! She makes sure to program challenging workouts. You'll feel tired after, but also so accomplished because you were able to do it. I've graduated to full blown CrossFit group classes and the coaches are just as accommodating. They modify workouts so that they fit whatever your current fitness level. I'm so glad I found Solstice!

Solstice has changed my life. I realize that sounds dramatic, but it’s true. I started in October of 2022 with Christie in her Nutrition and Personal Training plans. Not only has Christie helped me establish new eating habits, she’s completely changed how I eat and think about food. The Training has been both challenging and rewarding, and Christie has made it an enjoyable experience by explaining the how and why of the motions. The foundations classes are awesome. I feel great, energy is awesome and I feel like I’ve made an essential investment in myself. I’m so thankful to have found Solstice and recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their overall health.

My entire family goes to Solstice! My boys love the kids class and I have been working with a personal trainer the last few months. She does a great job of tailoring the workouts to my ability and supporting me. I have definitely seen improvements in my strength and endurance.

Solstice Fitness is the best crossfit gym I have been a member of and I have been a member of three different ones over the past decade.

The environment is very warm & friendly, The staff & members do a great job motivating and challenging you to reach new heights in your personal fitness.
