Smart Park delivered as expected. Our reservation assured prompt entry; the shuttle was waiting and left after picking up one more family; the driver was courteous and drove safely. On our return, the shuttle came directly after we called. Since it was midnight, we had a slightly longer wait than during the day, when more shuttles are operating. Again, a courteous driver. The safe driving was especially appreciated because of dense fog and limited visibility. Checkout was easy. We always use Smart Park and will continue to do so.

Getting to the lot and finding a parking spot was very easy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the price is right! The best part of the experience is that the spotless van that transports you to the airport is right there the minute you park, no waiting.
Getting picked up at the airport was a little less convenient. You have to call AFTER you pick up your luggage and not before. Then have to wait for them to show up. We watched numerous transportation vehicles from other parking lots go by 2 and 3 times before ours showed up. Then you need to be on a list to be welcomed into the vehicle. I understand the process behind it, but one person jumped in the van that didn't call and it messed up the count and left the one person behind, that did call, to wait for the next van to show up. They do drop you off at your car and are very friendly. So if you don't mind waiting a little extra at the baggage claim I would recommend them. Make sure to call and make a reservation beforehand to speed up the parking process!

This was my first time using Smart Park, and I feel they have gained a new customer in me. I will be using Smart Park again. The process to make a reservation was easy to do, and when I arrived the morning of my trip, it was super simple. Parking in sections identified by Country names (I was in Australia) is much easier to remember than a number of letter if you lose your ticket. The drivers and vans were both top notch. Drivers are friendly and so helpful. In particular our driver on the way back to the lot after our trip was great. He actually talked to everyone and created a friendly atmosphere. I'm not used to that on Parking shuttles. I'll see Smart Park for my next trip!

I love the service from dropping off to picking up. My husband had left his wallet in the car. He find out when we were going to check in for our flight we quickly call smart park they came pick him up right away and brought him right back. We are very happy with the service and quick response. We will definitely use there service again. I had send people to this company before and hear good things about it. Now I know what they were talking about. Very responsible and quick service.

Our family has been parking at Smart Park for as long as I can remember and the quality of service has not wavered one bit. The staff is always extremely helpful and fun in an age where everything is turning to technology and service diminishes. Just had an international trip and my pick up and drop off was timely and quick leaving early in the morning and coming back late. I purchased a detail and the car came out extremely clean and shiny with mirror finishes. Thank you Smart Park 😄
