SKY Taekwondo Dresher

My son joined in October 2020. The school offers both in-person (when allowed) and virtual classes which is great for people who want to take extra classes or when in-person is not an option. I truly appreciated during periods of county shutdown, the school still offered virtual classes so the kids did not miss classes. I have seen a change in his confidence since joining Sky. He was enrolled in a previous program (not Sky) and the teachers are so much more encouraging. They are very diligent about teaching students at the level they are currently at. Grandmaster Shun is both tough and empathetic at the same time. He is always encouraging the students to work harder and do better but in such a positive manner. My son is thrilled that he joined and thoroughly enjoys TaeKwonDo thanks to this school.

In our hunt for a Tae Kwon Do school, we were very picky; looking for the perfect blend of an encouraging but disciplined environment and skilled, discerning, nurturing instructors to guide our children forward. SKY not only met but exceeded our every expectation. Grand Master Shun is extraordinary at teaching and fine tuning techniques while making learning fun and dynamic; adapting his methods for each age group with which he works. Instructor Jung is not only an incredible martial artist and teacher, but does SO much when it comes to outreach and parent communication as well a creating volunteer and leadership opportunities for students. The Junior Instructors (M & M) are not only wonderful role models, but have such a talent for training and helping students, and I am immensely grateful for how they have worked with my kids. Also, everyone there is just SO NICE and SUPPORTIVE. I enthusiastically recommend SKY Tae Kwon Doto anyone seeking Tae Kwon Do training for their kids or themselves.

SKY Taekwondo is by far the best martial arts school in Dresher, PA! It’s been more than 2 years since I started Taekwondo and looking back at the start of my journey, I am very satisfied with my progress. At first, I started as a very unsociable student, I didn't even dare to interact with other students. As I attended more classes and learning Taekwondo alongside very kind-hearted students, I eventually became more confident in myself. Right now I am a Junior Instructor, and I’m so grateful for even having the opportunity to teach students. Isn’t it surprising that a shy student turned into an Instructor?! I’m still shocked to this day. Grandmaster Shun and Instructor Kevin made me a very confident woman, and I strongly recommend you start your Taekwondo journey at SKY Taekwondo Dresher, PA.

The teen and adult classes are super fun! It's better than going to the gym or spin classes, and Grandmaster Shun makes even the hardest of concepts easy to learn and understand. I'm lucky to learn from Grandmaster Shun who still competes in the US Open! Instructor Kevin is great and gives attention to each student!

Since joining SKY Taekwondo, our five year old son’s self-confidence has improved more than we could have ever hoped for. He finally found something that he loves to do and is very proud of his uniform. He looks forward to class every week. The staff and student instructors are incredible, patient teachers who help teach skills that help children on and off the mat. We have had a great experience at SKY Taekwondo and look forward to seeing our son continue to grow.
