My doctor recommended I meet with Courtney Kassis at Simplex to address health issues that have begun to accompany my "metabolically damaged self". I was hesitant to see a nutritionist and skeptical because Ive tried Keto and the rest with poor results. Courtney has helped me fine tune a nutrition plan that isnt a "diet".
