Had an issue with a bathroom sink clog that I mistakenly took advice from YouTube videos while trying to fix. That lead to me pouring boiling water down my drain which cracked the trap piping. Frustrated after trying several other methods, including snaking the drain, I called Bill. He was very nice and a straight shooter. Told me how much it would cost for him to come out, but since I already had the drain open he suggested that I try clearing it by vacuuming it with a shop vac. It worked immediately, Bill saved me a lot of money and aggravation. I will be calling him next time I need any plumbing work done.

Bill and team were very professional and knowledgeable to the problem. Especially having unknown people in your home during COVID, they took safety SERIOUSLY and used precautions wearing masks, gloves and kept our 6ft distance throughout the process. Which was a major stress relief.

I had a leaking pipe that took down my kitchen ceiling. They came out and took the time to walk me through the problem and the root cause. He also went over all the components of my water supply in case of emergency. Also he helped fix my kitchen sink without hesitation!! Overall a great experience with this team. Highly recommend.

Top notch second to none. Our son flushed a couple objects down the toilet causing it to clog. We called Shuster's Plumbing. Laurie had us on schedule right away. Guy showed up on time. Very professional as well as respectful.
This is not the first time we called on Shuster's for help and the experience is always the same. Bill Shuster has a great team. Guy finished the job and left the bathroom looking better than when he came. He finished the job quickly. Guy went over and beyond by also fixing the flusher handle when he noticed the chain wasn't right. Guy took the extra step to recaulk around the toilet making it look neat and clean. For our home and family Shuster is the only choice.

I would highly recommend Schuster's Plumbing. The 3 employees who came out to my house were exceptional. They called ahead to let me know when to expect them and were prompt.
They were personable, knowledgeable, and just really nice guys. Guy and Tom came out first. There was a problem so I had to call them back and they had to come back out. Guy and Eric came back and fixed the problem before the end of the day!

I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday. Called a large franchise and they directed me to Shuster's and I'm sure glad they did. Even though it was a Sunday and we were a little out of the area, their plumber by the name of Guy showed up within 30min of the call. He quickly and efficiently resolved the problem at more than a fair price for a Sunday. He was professional, polite, and very informative. From now on Shuster's is our plumber and Guy is our Guy.
