SHINE Power Yoga Maple Shade

I can’t say enough about Wanda (owner) and the teachers at Shine Power Yoga. I have had a great experience with the classes and the membership experience has been outstanding. The variety of classes cater to all levels of yoga and Wanda always goes out of her way to accommodate her members and students and make them feel special.

Started coming here in January after a years long hiatus from yoga. So far Ive loved every class - the teachers are knowledgeable and welcoming, and everyone is very nice! Definitely feel at home in this studio.

I have been a student at SHINE for 7 years and it is my absolute favorite yoga studio! Their teachers are well-trained yoga professionals and focus on building the foundational elements of the poses. I feel that the power classes challenge me to see what is possible and push me to uncover deeper emotions that reside in the body. I feel that their yin classes, deep stretch and gentle options are an awesome way to unwind and release stress. They have leadership trainings that have absolutely changed my life in a powerful way and the community is something to remember! I highly recommend this studio to anyone!

Everyone is so warm and welcoming. They really teach you the basics without feeling pressured since most people are on different levels of yoga in the community classes. I love coming here every week!
