As a first time home buyer, working with Shawn was a great experience. What I loved most about working with Shawn was how responsive and thorough he was with all of our inquiries. We never felt pressured by Shawn to put an offer on something we didn’t truly love. We got the sense that he really wanted us to find what was best for us, no matter how long it took. I had a lot of questions and Shawn answered all of them promptly and with as much detail as I requested. His accounting background was especially wonderful for providing us with estimated monthly costs which was critical to our decision-making process. He’s a great guy, very easy-going, but is still extremely responsive and knowledgable of all things related to the home buying process. He got to know what my boyfriend and I were looking for and was great at pointing out things that we may have overlooked or not considered. I would absolutely work with Shawn again in the future!

My girlfriend and I were hesitant to enter the housing market as it can be an intimidating process to begin to find a home to have for many years to come. We were recommended to contact Shawn and from the conversation Shawn was kind, extremely informative, and willing to schedule any showing we desired. In addition, he kept us busy by sending us listings that met our criteria as they appeared. When going on tours he helped by making suggestions and pointing things out that only someone who is in the field would pick up on. One of the most important things that he is great at was the numbers. He is very budget conscious and with a Financial background, can paint a fairly accurate picture of what expenses are to come. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a home!
