SEPA Pain & Spine

My doctor suggested I get back to pain management after a three-year hiatus. I called on Monday for an appointment. They saw me that afternoon. My evaluation was quick yet thorough. The staff and Dr. Shah were very courteous and friendly. In addition, their new office is, clean, bright and much more conducive to seeing the number of patients that seem to come in and out.

Very professional staff at all times. Friendly, compassionate. Dr. Sasso and his assistant made me feel well taken care of. He informed me of what he was doing before he did it. I appreciated that. Very positive experience. I would highly recommend your facility to other people.

I have been going there for three years, and they are very helpful. You do not feel like you are part of an assembly line. I have recommended 2 other people who are still using their services. Dr. Jaffe was very helpful. My sister has also uses SEPA. She sees another doctor there and she has been very happy with his services.

Upon entering at front desk, friendly, professional and courteous staff. Very clean environment! As for Dr. Sasso, he is very professional, knowledgeable and a wealth of experience. Great bedside manner and when assessing your issue of pain…he really listens. Discussed his plan for my intervention. I listened and currently I can walk much better and can feel my toes and lower legs.

I've been a patient in this practice for the past ten years. Everyone is very kind and professional. I've seen many practitioners at the practice over the years and I feel Dr. Shah is wonderful.
