It was a great experience working with Rafael Padilla! As first time homebuyers, we were intimidated and nervous about the whole process, but Raf made us feel comfortable and he was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through our home ownership journey!
He also went above and beyond to understand what we were looking for in our ideal home, put the effort in to know what our taste was, and found us homes that we didn’t even know we were looking for! The man has a gift!
When closing time came, Raf was really great at keeping us informed and well represented in the negotiations. We were in good hands.
