Saw Mill Park

Great place to hike around and bring your dog. Mine had a blast!!

When you go out to the field, behave like animals. They don't leave bags, papers, cigarettes, etc.

Lovely park with well maintained, if poorly marked, trails. Don't even think of going if you fear dogs running free, as many owners neither leash nor pick up after dogs. Lotsa poop. Lots more poop bags. Crowded on a weekend.

This is a quiet trail located in radnor township. Not as heavily visited and shorter then some others. Provides a wonderful stroll along Darby creek and into some forested areas. Peaceful. This park is common with fisherman looking to catch some trout. I saw easily the largest rainbow trout ever caught. Flows into Skunk Hollow. BsA troops are some times spotted through here as well.

Pros- Nice flat trail. Often busy with fishermen. Connects well to Skunk Hollow Park/The Willows. Both deer and dogs are often found in the water.
Cons - Unclear if the last parts of the trail is the SMP trail or someone's back yard. I don't love the historic narrow bridge while driving here.
