I own several investment properties that are managed by Cindy Bannon of Salomon Realty for ten years. She is responsible for identifying suitable properties, renovation in accordance to code, pass inspection, and then identify and manage renters. It is unfortunate that some renters over the years have breached their contract and had to be evicted despite the fact she tried to reach a fair solution. Salomon Realty handled these unfortunate situations with my interests as the land lord first. Despite the fact that she knew the tenants evicted by court order will be very unhappy about this and possibly write bad reviews about her. I will continue to use Salomon Realty for additional properties I shall purchase. Salomon Realty has earned my trust. To me, Cindy goes beyond buying and selling homes. Annually she reviews my return on investments and seeks ways to improve the bottom line. The properties she recommended to purchase were good investment properties and within budget.
