An Excellent Experience!!
I bought a vehicle in December from Royal Motors, I must say I was grateful for the experience. Robert and Curtis were not your business focused only dealer workers. Robert was always honest, up front, courteous and worked with me as we walked through the sale. Curtis went with me on test drive, and in a sense, anointed the car for us-ask him about the story. Curtis was so helpful. There was one broken button, he ordered the part and was sure that it was repaired-BEFORE the pickup date. I have seen some negative review, but I must say I did not have a negative experience. I will absolutely consider purchasing from them again. The car is a 2011 but it looks brand new. Ive seen other reviews about the detailing....100% correct. They clean these cars inside and out. No smoke cars--I know the smell. Every car looks great and clean inside. Brand new tires, brakes. They want people coming back for other purchases. They were open to negotiating, its up to them however to adjust. They would not adjust the price for my sale. After research on the car, they really were still at the great deal rate. Thank you Robert and Curtis. If Royal Motors continue to keep their customer first, they will always be successful.

This is a great place to get a used luxury vehicle at a reasonable price. Curt was very professional and I never felt pressured. Robert was able to help me get financed and I’m very happy and grateful to have this vehicle.

I purchased a great condition Jeep from Royal Motors. I got a decent deal and I’m happy with my purchase so far.
Cars here are detailed to perfection. Really immaculate, I would say look even better live than in the photos.
There were no excess fees associated with the transaction. Straightforward like it should be.

If I could change anything or throw my 2 cents, there was a bit too much tough talk and some of my concerns (in my mind legitimate) were taken offense. Also, some texts I heard during the process were plain rude. But well, I guess I was served New Jersey style.

All in all it’s a legitimate place to buy from, so I would recommend to anyone. It’s certainly worth coming down to check out the cars they have. I’m sure they are all great condition like mine is.
