Please do not listen to the reviews this a great company. They went above and beyond to help resolve my plumbing issues. They were contracted through AHS warranty. They are the best company that is contracted through AHS. I really appreciated their service and highly recommend them!!

I booked a service call through my warranty company on a Sunday and was assigned to Rod Plumbing. The owner got back to me at 10am Monday and was professional and kind and willing to book service for early Tuesday. But by then my leak situation was getting worse and I would have been risking more serious damage to get the small benefit the warranty would cover for my problem, so I ended up canceling the warranty appointment and booking an emergency plumber instead. The owner of Rod Plumbing called to follow up with me to make sure I had what I needed, which I appreciated. So I can't speak to the in-home service experience but for me the phone interactions were positive and helpful.
