I needed some information about the location of a sewer lateral serving a house in the Borough. Grace was responsive, helpful and answered all of my questions. After a call to the PA One Call System, Public Works came out quickly and marked the location of the later. I was very impressed! (Cannot say the same about Aqua's response.)
