Had to get a bank check. Was waiting for a while to speak to someone who could identify me, but I love this place! The only thing I don't like is the fees which have gone up by a lot!

I'm an ATM technician and Citadel is one of my company's customers. I've been servicing their branches for over 7 months and today was the day that I opened a Checking and Savings account. The people are fantastic and Citadel is forward thinking on cutting edge ATM technology.
