River Edge Apartments

I've lived here for about 3 years now. The size of the unit and what's included are well worth the rent. There are some unsavory characters, but you'll get that anywhere you live. Most people are friendly and kind.

Office staff and maintenance are very responsive and go above and beyond to address any issues or concerns. Mark with maintenance is constantly doing his best to keep the grounds looking great, including picking up garbage daily (which shouldn't be on the ground in the first place).

The biggest cons are that the walls are thin so noise can easily be heard. That being said, and nonsmokers should consider, if you have a neighbor who smokes your apartment will constantly smell like smoke.

Overall, I would recommend this community!

I've been living in this community for almost 5years. It's a wonderful place to live. The people are friendly, the kids are respectful. The office staff and maintenance crew go over and beyond expectations. The young lady at the office is very nice, friendly and she communicates well with the tenants.

I've been living here since 2007. And I love this place. I love the views from my first floor and watching the wildlife (deer and birds of all kinds). My neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. It's clean outside. A very quiet court. The staff has always been polite and friendly. The rental office/management is kind, friendly and fair. When there have been staff changes I've been disappointed to see them go but always pleasantly surprised with the newcomers. They tend to be nicer than the last. Anything I need to know I can ask and whether I call or swing by the office, they always have the time to answer my questions and chat a bit. You know they're warm when you bake cookies and take some over. The only way I can see leaving this place is because I bought a house in a different area. It's been a really good experience here.
