Rich's Rugs

We wish Rich did more than just rugs, we would hire him for everything! He is very attentive; he listened to what we wanted and recommended a carpet that exactly fit our needs. He answered calls right away, coordinated getting the materials as soon as we chose them, and was prompt with all appointments. He also took a lot of time to educate us on different types of carpeting and how installation works. On the day of the install he and his team showed up right on time and worked really hard; they were all friendly and professional, finished faster than expected, and were conscientious about cleanup. We had just painted our walls and woodwork, and they were very careful about not leaving marks. The results are excellent. We highly recommend Rich, he's a great guy, very knowledgeable, and passionate about doing great work.

Rich and team were great! We had an urgent need to carpet a small closet area. Most companies would not be bothered with such a simple task but Rich created a way to accommodate us prioritizing people over profit...which speaks volumes about his work ethic and the how he cultivates long lasting customer relationships. The work was stellar and we will absolutely be calling Rich for any future flooring needs.

Rich is very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He came to do an estimate for my entire upstairs . Showed us several different types of carpeting but told us his recommendation. We went with his recommendation and are not disappointed at all! You get what you pay for and we got the best! He told us we’d have some seems because of the lengths of the room but you’d never be able to tell! The carpet is pulled tight and tucked perfectly! Rich came just two days later to install, no issues, by the time we got home from work everything looked perfect! He even used the extra pieces to carpet 2 extra closets ! I love the new rugs and was happy to support a local business owner! I highly recommend Rich and we’ll definitely be using him again if we have any other future flooring needs! Thank you Rich!!

Rich is probably one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. His work and his work ethic is outstanding. He is very responsive, efficient, extremely helpful, and just really knows what he is doing. He installed 3 different types of flooring for us - carpet, LVT and vinyl planking. Completely transformed the house. Craftsmanship is spot on. Very fairly priced. He turned the job around quickly and gave us solid guidance. Can't say enough. My husband and I were very pleased from beginning to end. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Rich was amazing. He was the only person that came out to give us a quote who genuinely cared that the work was going to be done right. He pointed out several areas of potential problem like dips and unlevel areas in the floor and how he would address them.

Rich gave us several options and helped us pick the perfect one that would best fit our budget without any pressure or sales tactics. He was able to come out very quickly to install the carpet and did a thorough and professional job. I 100% will hire him again in the future for other installations, and I highly recommend you do the same.
