The extreme hype around this place was insane and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, prices were good, and food tasted delicious. I never had anything from this place that I didn’t like. Even the treats they bake were good!

Rich taught me 45 years ago how to make the best hoagie, as I do to this day, upside down with the onions and lettuce, tomato on top. Great place, a stop when I am in the area absolutely for sure! Great food, great people, Rich and Chris (Bear)!

Wildly disappointed. Ubereats and Google both indicated Rich’s was open. I waited over an hour only for my Uber delivery person to call me and tell me they’re closed. I love Rich’s, but I’m pretty upset about this for my sake and the delivery drivers sake. I’m open to changing my review if they can rectify this. I’m still waiting for them to make this right…
