Visiting from Canada and had to get a quick wax done. Nancy and the staff were great. Very friendly, clean space, and great service. Definitely recommend!

Massage review: Alicia is such a knowledgeable and skilled masseuse. I can tell this is her calling. I’ve had enough massages in my lifetime to say that with confidence. She asks if you have a main concern first, if any and utilizes your time well on that target area if preferred. And to add, rapunzel always have this calm and relaxing ambiance that sets the mood right the second you walk in.

I’m only rating a five star due to my stylist Tim.
Everything else is still above par for a Spa and salon.
I love that he is absolutely so good at what he is doing for me.
I’m in the process of lightening my hair to silver and so far it’s been so beautiful. He has me in stages to get to my ideal hair color and I’ve been loving every stage so far.
Everyone seems to be very friendly and personable as any great salon should be.
Staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating.
Location is easy as well. It’s right down the road from Merck so that’s a no brainer.
Prices for service varies absolutely for every option.
Cleanliness is great.
For the clients who have been with Rapunzels since they opened knows what I mean this. It’s not like the old location on Broad St. Lansdale when things were popping and hopping all the time. It was the trendiest place at that time in 1997 when I started going there.
Rapunzel is still great at what they do and offer and I highly recommend this place.

Recently went here for a therapeutic massage and highly recommend Alicia! She was absolutely wonderful and lovely! She gave great attention to the areas I have tension and I appreciated that she checked in with me multiple times on pressure and comfort level. I felt amazing after the massage and look forward to returning for another in the future!

Our nail tech did an amazing job! She assisted in choosing colors and helped our ideas about what we wanted come to life so to say. She was very professional while talking with us about day to day life. Eventhough my friend and I went in together she still sanitized the station before she worked on the other persons nails. If I am ever back in the area and in need of a manicure I am definitely going back here.
