Cory is amazing! I came to the store very upset! I knew I totally damaged my cell phone & knew that a new phone is expensive. He then proceeded to tell me my options & a rebate was available! He is kind, patient & extremely thoughtful. He made sure I had all of my info transferred before I let.. Great employee, Great asset to your company.

Came from TCC on snyder ave i’ve experienced HORRIBLE customer service from Raymond A. Went to Celluar sales on flourtown the following day and met the manager Shawn and he EXCEEDED my expectations. He handled my situation well and throughly and maintained superb patience. The store was super clean and organized and every rep in the store helped every customer effectively and efficiently.

Tim Todd could not have been more helpful when I showed up with a completely dead phone first thing this morning. He listened to me, was quick and handily had me walking out within an hour with a completely new phone, chargers I needed to upgrade and a bounce proof protection cover and screen saver. He managed to retrieve everything from the dead phone - contacts, photos and texts! Highly recommend Flourtown location and Tim in particular! Give that man a raise!

Justin was terrific! He was so helpful, so professional, knew exactly how to get things set up on my iPhone and watch quickly and efficiently, and patiently answered all of my questions. What a great experience at this Verizon store. He made it all so easy for me! Thank you Justin!!

All of the representatives at this location are exceptional people! Kind, engaging, and deeply service orientated. I have worked a lot with Timothy and I get a great conversation along with thorough service. Yesterday I worked with Cory on an urgent matter as my cell phone was dying and I have to leave town the next day. He triangulated my issue, issued a remedy -- and even stayed well beyond his time to leave for the day to ensure that he completed my phone exchange. He could have easily given me to the other two people, but he stayed loyal and dedicated. I am so deeply grateful! I have a new wonderful story that goes along with my new iphone now :)
