I drove a little bit out of my way to come to this specific center as all other places near me didn't have morning appointments. I arrived early, check-in at the kiosk was very easy.
I realized I forgot my lab orders at home but I waited to be brought back anyways as I knew they might have them in the system.
Jeri was my tech & she was amazing. She quickly pulled up my lab report, went over everything with me & was extremely professional.
After 4 vials of blood, I did get light headed. She quickly took off my baseball hat, had me lay my head down, she fanned the back of my neck, grabbed my water & waited until I came back to consciousness to bring me to another room to lay out.
Super great experience, 10/10.
I had a very positive experience here for a 3 hour glucose test. I easily made an appt online for 6:40am, checked in via phone (they texted me a link that morning) the day-of at 6:30am, and was the first one called back at 6:31am. Christine was pleasant and competent, and gave me my own room with a reclining chair to relax in until my next 3 draws. The rooms and restrooms were clean in this facility (my room even had a baby changing station), and the phlebotomists were all masked. Maybe I caught them on a good day, or other reviewers caught them on a bad day.
Walked in at my appointment time and was helped right away. Jeri-Lynn was very efficient, but not very friendly.
