Queen appliance was a pleasure to deal with! Angie assisted me from the moment I walked in. I even mis- measured the refrigerator and they immediately found one that would fit and was in stock. I highly recommend Queen to everyone! It’s refreshing to get great customer service!

I had a very positive experience soup to nuts with Queen Appliance. Just what I needed to restore my faith in humanity after a painful 15 weeks without a washing machine and a nightmare dealing with Asurion, The Home Depot's protection plan servicer. Not only was the machine priced better, everything else turned out to be slightly less money than HD or Lowe's. Becca's customer service was second to none! She was fantastic with ordering my appliance and ensuring a seamless installation. Her forward thinking suggested the new washer door be reversed since my dryer is on the left. Something a big box retailer wouldn't care enough to discuss with the consumer. Super glad I found Queen!

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY APPLIANCES, bar none. They have great prices, and the best part is that they have an OPTION to store the appliances till they all arrive at the same time if you want. AND our contractor took a while to schedule us in, and they still held them. They are professional, honest and all deliveries were ON TIME. There was one minor issue which them immediately rectified. They follow up, they return calls, they take responsibility, and do not try to "up sell." They also price matched my order. I will always recommend them, they are stellar and really care. SO glad I found them. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I used Sheila Sturges. She was fantastic and gave me ALL the time I needed.

I was apprehensive because my prior experience with Gerhard was a disaster. Queen was so much better. They sent regular notifications about my order which they held in their warehouse until renovation was completed. I love my GE Cafe appliances. The delivery arrived slightly earlier than scheduled and the two gentlemen treated my with calmness and respect and handled the appliances with great care. would have given 5 stars but parts were missing from the dishwasher and I've been waiting a week for them to arrive. This may be GE's responsibility, but I could use my dishwasher.

The people at Queen appliances really know what they are doing. I called with measurements and while I was on the phone, they searched for a refrigerator that had features I wanted that would fit into my old house with narrow doorways. I then went out to the store to see the fridge. It was a very pleasant experience. The delivery guys got here when they said and were able to do what they needed to do to get it in. The whole experience was great and with very pleasant people. Thanks again to Queen Appliance for everything!! I will pass on your name to anyone I know who needs appliances. Excellent company !!!
