Absolutely 5 stars! Dealing with a root canal is never fun but the group at Pure Endodontics really made me feel at ease! They took care of a very painful situation and I am so grateful to have found them. Dr Berson has a sweet and calming personality and her staff represents her well! I highly recommend Pure Endodontics.

I had a great experience at Pure Endodontics. The staff was very kind, caring, and professional. They promptly returned my phone call and I was scheduled immediately for my tooth discomfort . The office is immaculate. Dr Berson was knowledgeable and thorough. She explained the procedure and made me feel extremely comfortable and made my experience pleasant and pain free. I’ll start by mentioning I have the absolute worst dentophobia, I typically can’t even get a cleaning without complete sedation. From the moment I called the office, I spoke to Jillian, I immediately felt a little more comfortable. She went above and beyond to get me in ASAP (within days, when other offices had me on a 2 month wait), and even made calls to my insurance company for me. The day of my root canal Aly got me all situated for Dr. Berson. She spoke to me like a friend, making sure I was always comfortable … her and the Doctor worked wonderfully together, like a choreographed dance they got me in and out of there with less trauma than I have ever experienced in my life. There really aren’t enough kind words for these ladies, and I cannot thank them enough!

Amazing experience! The staff was warm, friendly and professional! From the front desk to the assistants and doctor! Beautiful spotless office! Having a root canal is not something you really want to have done, but they made it a great experience!They truly care about their patients! Their calm demeanor and gentle touch helps you to relax!
