The customer service at this location is phenomenal.With this being mentioned, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Melanie. She was extremely patient, informative and very professional. She assisted me in terms of making my moving transition run very smoothly and stress free. She is a true asset to the company and I will continue to network about my customer service experience with her.

I want to give the property manager Kaitlyn a HUGE shout out, she is absolutely amazing! Kaitlyn did not hesitate to offer her help & recommendations on a unit.. she went above & beyond to make sure I was a tenant who felt comfortable storing my belongings with their facility, while feeling safe, relieved & happy. Every time I am on property I am always welcomed by her with such a happy & bubbly personality which her “hello, how are you” can surely make any bad day a good day! Kaitlyn works very hard to be in the position she’s in, she is an awesome manager who definitely knows her clientele’s. If anyone needs a storage unit make sure to stop in to see Kaitlyn!
Another thing, I needed to update something in my account, I called the office & the relief property manager Melanie answered, she was very helpful, sweet & informative which I thanked her for but I asked if she could please leave a note for Kaitlyn to return my call when she worked next.. Sure enough Kaitlyn returned my call & was aware of my request that her relief started for me, it was nice to know that there was enough communication between the staff about my previous call & she was informed details about it prior calling me back which was nice plus I didn’t have to repeat it all over again to the next employee. Thank you ladies so much for your hard work!

We worked with Melanie at the Harker Ave. location to get a unit when it seemed like all units everywhere were occupied. I am so glad we did! She is such a kind woman and she was able to get us a unit for a great value! It might be more convenient for some people to handle these things online through a mobile app, and though the platform is user friendly, Melanie’s assistance, excellent communication and kindness gave this rental experience the human touch that is lacking from so many interactions these days. The facility and our unit are both clean and well lit, the elevator is a smooth ride, and the lock is easy to use. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and location.
