Public Storage

I can't say enough about my experience at this Public Storage location. The staff is always so friendly and the facility is always so clean. I was recently in a bind and Tracy was so kind, helpful, understanding, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Tracy! You are amazing!

We are actually relocating from another Public Storage location to this one for two main reasons closer to home and MOST important Tracy is amazing and we could tell right away she cares I hope she never leaves this location! The place is spotless it looks brand new every time we see her she has a broom in her hand or a dust pan the site we are leaving hasn’t been like this for quite some time we were very happy to find out that this site was being taken much better care of!
We have been a customer of PS for at least 15 years Tracy does it right!

Had an absolute amazing experience with this location. Tracy went over and beyond for us. We were in a pinch and Tracy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got us the 3 storage units we needed all in close proximity to ease all the back and forth. Thanks again Tracy! I will recommend this location to all my family and friends!!

I opened a new storage unit with Tracy. Let me just say she went above and beyond helping me!! Tracy was so KIND, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY , AND JUST WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME RENT THE UNIT AND PURCHASE SUPPLIES I MAY OR MAY NOT NEED. Tracy made me feel comfortable with knowing my belongings will be in the BEST care. I cant thank Tracy enough , she deserves to be the #1 manager. Public Storage, you have a GREAT employee you are very lucky!

My first experience with storage of any kind and I don’t know what I was expecting it was more than surprised at just how clean and organized the facility was. It looks like everything is constantly updated from the aspect to the painted doors to the lights and more. The app is fantastic with easy no code access to the gate. But, most importantly Tracy is just the best - super friendly and knowledgeable- it shines through that she cares about the facility and the customer experience. Highly recommend!
