Very well maintained. Clean. Undercover area to load and unload your car or truck, so no problem in nasty weather.

Ty at the County Line Rd Hatboro location went above and beyond my expectations. The kiosk at the Marlyland Rd Willow Grove location is horrible! Can never get a hold of anyone. Only giving 5 stars because of Ty!

I had used Public Storage in another state before moving to PA this summer and was always extremely satisfied. I chose to use PS again for that reason and Ty at the Hatboro location took it “next level.” He was incredibly helpful and accommodating… adjusting move-in details without a hitch. Very professional!

A couple of weeks ago I came to this public storage to rent a unit.
Let me tell you, it's been a while since I met a front desk customer service rep that was so thorough this young man TY! Knows what is doing. He was professional and helpful.
That was my first time ever renting at public storage he definitely made the process easier for me. Ty is a people person he seems to love what he does.
There is no doubt that Public Storage made the right choice with Ty.
I'll refer anyone I know to this location in need of a storage because of Ty.
