Prophecy Creek Park

In the process of applying for the apartment and setting up the pieces to move in every staff member was lovely to work with. I felt like my time was respected and everyone I spoke to was able to offer information And answer all my questions. Most pleasant apartment experience I’ve ever had!

I have lived at Place One for nearly 1 1/2 years. I love the apartment and the amenities. The maintenance staff are professional and courteous. Today I would like to particularly compliment Lexus Petty who works in the leasing office. There was a mixup earlier in the month with my parking space in the garage. A prorated fee for a partial month was charged to my account even though I had already paid for the month. When I brought this to her attention, Lexus assured me that there would be no additional charge for the system error and that she would correct the records and balance my account. She even sent me emails to follow up on the status of the problem. It is always a pleasure to work with Lexus! She is professional but approachable and knows tennants by name. She is able to solve most problems quickly and always makes me feel that she cares about my concerns. Her people skills make Lexus the perfect person to interface with the residents here at Place One!

Entered this park one  nice fall evening, the drive up was to the parking lot.   At first glance not much. Parents arrive with their children and disappeared behind the treeline where a very large soccer field was located.
The other side of the lot is a building nicely landscaped with  "Guest Entrance" to The Manor House. Best I could tell is for special events at a price.
Quite a few signs at the front of the lot about dog etiquette. The trails were not easy to find. Just follow the road to the right  and  across the small bridge are the unpaved trails. The creek was not impressive. But watching the sunset through the treeline was.
Worth exploring

My sister lives here and she invited me and my GD over for a swim. Very nice place to live. Community oriented. You can see the pool from her balcony and we had a good time swimming.

Wonderful park, lots of bird activity, very nice trails

It was my 1st time going here I really enjoyed it it was beautiful. Plenty and plenty a trails to walk, also seen people riding horseback through the trails. they had a couple fountains inside a Lake. It was peaceful and all kinds of old cool buildings
