They helped me try on multiple shoes/sizes and explained ins and outs of my options. Super knowledgeable in all things bike related. Pricing is comparable to other retailers. I stopped in as a new customer asking a question about my cleats. It was recommended for my safety and the health of my knee to replace them with newer cleats & pedals. They were kind enough to swap out my cleats. I am having a hard time getting my old pedals out and they said if i can't , just bring my bike up and they will get them out for me. Great customer service. You have a new regular customer in me
