From the moment I spoke with Joanne, who was the consummate professional, putting me in with Dr. McPhillips within 36 hours of my request. Entering the practice I was greeted by Kayla (kind, professional, considerate), who within moments of my arrival had me through the administrative process. Within mere moments, I was in my appointment with Dr. McPhillips. I appreciated Dr. McPhillips course of action to deal with my eye-care issue. As important, the Doctor listened attentively to my concerns, and provided easy answers. Up to this point, I'm pleased with PECA-Horsham, Dr. McPhillips and Joanne/Kayla!
