Chuck is so kind. I took my car to an auto parts where they incorrectly installed a battery into my car. Had it towed here, and they were nothing but mine and helpful. Chuck was really informative about what was going on with my car, and called me several times to keep me updated about everything. The staff who rung me out were really sweet too and answered any questions. Even told me they’d be there past their listed close time in case I had any questions or issues pop up. Definitely coming back here for future, hopefully more routine work! Thank you!

Moved from NJ to PA and was referred to Precision Tire and Auto by two people. Not surprised by the recommendations as I have brought my car to Chuck three different times for a variety of reasons, including inspection, and the service has been stellar every time. Chuck and the staff are super friendly. He is honest and very responsive. I feel confident that I am getting the best service when I bring my vehicle to Chuck and his crew!

Had my BMW in for inspection/emissions in May 2017. The staff and owner Chuck are very friendly, professional and trustworthy. I've been there a few times now and have had a very good experience each time. They had everything I needed and the work was completed within the time frame they provided. They make sure you good to go when you drive off the lot!
