Hard to schedule an appointment with the service center. And service center staff could be kinder on the phone. Makes me not want another car from them a little. Great car salesmen though!

Their flowers were BEAUTIFUL! We had all white flowers with a ton of greenery and cafe au lait dahlias. The dahlias were beautiful and a very reasonable price compared to other florists we spoke to! Everything was fresh and vibrant. They made sure to warn us to wipe off the stems of the flowers when we took them out of the water so it didn't get on our dresses. They were flexible when we needed to change our wedding date. I'd hire Precious Petals again and again!

Took my car in for a recall repair. Received a high level of service and convenience as I would expect from a car dealership.

Too pricey for my routine maintenance needs but very satisfying for when I have a genuine need to take the car to the dealership for service.

Friendly employees and great service. Had my transmission replaced by their mechanics and it cost less than any other shop that quoted me and was done in one day. I got my car back clean and driving like new.

Precious Petals recently provided the flower arrangements for my July 2021 wedding.

In terms of communication and planning, Darlene was amazing. I always got a prompt response to questions, and throughout the process I felt I had a clear and transparent view of the costs.

In terms of quality of flowers, I was seriously impressed. I love flowers and gardening is a hobby, so flowers were a priority for me.

We didn’t really have “colors” per se. Matching colors was less important than quality flowers and lots of textures. We provided some “vision” pictures and Darlene took it from there.

It was like she was psychic! My bouquet was truly something that made my day feel special.

In terms of set up, she works closely with my venue Knowlton Mansion/ Conroy catering, and had set up down to a science.

Overall great experience and only wished I lived closer so that I could order flowers from Darlene regularly.

Just had my 60,000 mile checked. Everything went great and all the staff are wearing mask and so are must of the customers.

I had a panel inside my car that was laying on the floor. I could not figure out how to make it stay up. They installed the panel no charge and I did not even need to ask them to do it!

Darlene did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding bouquets and centerpieces. From the moment we met her, we had 100% confidence in her work, but she truly went above and beyond. We came in with inspiration from Pinterest and zero knowledge about flowers. Darlene immediately made us feel extremely comfortable and recreated our vision better than we ever could have expected!
