Akira and her team were the best...!! They did decoration for our baby shower and we couldn't have ask for more. Akira did everything absolutely amazingly. She mentioned when we talk to her for the 1st time that client service and client satisfaction is her USP and she was absolutely right. She made sure we get the balloons and everything of our choice. She came to check the venue few days in advance and gave us good suggestions. No matter how busy she is planning or working on other events but she always responds to you quickly. We forgot to bring the teddybears for the center piece when we went to check the venue. She drove again in the evening half way to collect it.

Akira Jones and the Planned by Passion team did an amazing job event planning, setting up, and decorating for my son’s 1st birthday party! Akira is very talented and a master at her craft. She is very detail oriented and manifested the vision of a dinosaur themed birthday just as we envisioned it. She even provided recommendations for things we should consider in our decoration that had not crossed our minds but were essential to making the event look like an aesthetic masterpiece. She goes above and beyond and maintains constant communication throughout the process. She is so good that even our venue complimented us on how professional and talented she is. She also provides custom dessert/treat options if you are interested in having a dessert/sweets table at your event. We ordered custom dinosaur cookies and not only did they look amazing, they were also delicious! All of of our guests loved them! She provides everything you need for the event so there is no need to have multiple vendors. We have already recommended Akira and the Planned by Passion team to one of our friends that is having an event soon and we are also looking to having Akira and the Planned by Passion team do the event planning, decorations, and sweet treats for all of our future events!

I engaged Planned by Passion to help design, plan and set-up a bridal shower in my home. It was not a big event at all, but I am not a creative person and perhaps am at a generational disadvantage! ;) Akira and her team WAY exceeded my expectations. It was a fantastic event, and I received several complements on the set-up and details. We hired Akira for a 75 person party at an outside venue and she did a fabulous job! She is very detail oriented and has a great eye for design. She was super accessible via text and phone as I shared ideas and made changes to our plan. I sent her a few inspiration photos and she made the entire ballroom come to life with exactly what I had in mind. She also added in extra special touches that I didn’t ask for - like additions under the floral centerpieces and signs / florals for the guest book table. She also worked with the venue and was timely to set up and take down decor (which is very important for venues since some charge extra if decor is not taken down at the right time). Highly recommend Akira for a hassle free experience for any event you want beautiful decor for!

I asked with only TWO days notice if Planned by Passion could possible set up a champagne wall for my Best friends bridal shower as a surprise. Akira was so kind and professional. She immediately responded to my question and worked out a time to get to the venue and set it up. The wall itself was pretty and adorable for pictures and when the shower was over she was right back to take it down! Akira herself was so sweet I will definitely be calling Planned by Passion again for other parties. Her party decorations really elevate the space and are so classy!
