Piazza Honda of Philadelphia

I had my car serviced here now twice. Each time I’ve been there, the service advisor Andres and his partners/team have been nothing less than extremely helpful! They are so knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Yes, the cost of things have gone up in price with the economy the way it is but the service advisors do their absolute best to accommodate and make things affordable. The advisors work so hard even when they are short-staffed. Always moving and hardly any rest. That’s why I NEVER mind waiting, no matter how long it takes. I ALWAYS give them the highest score on their Customer Satisfaction Survey sent to me by Honda, North America.

I have NEVER been to a greater dealership and would recommend them to ANYONE! They will service every vehicle, foreign and domestic, and do it PROFESSIONALLY! World-class service! 10/10!!!!

I had a road trip planned last weekend and stopped into the Essington Ave Piazza Honda Quick Service Center for a tire check. It was very near the closing time and most of the technicians had already left for the day. Thankfully, Andres Box, one of the service advisors, had compassion and went above and beyond the scope of his duties. He “rolled up his sleeves” and personally checked my tires. In addition, he topped off the wiper fluid, which was completely dry. I had a beautiful and safe three hour ride down and back from the Maryland Eastern Shore. I’m grateful for the trip and safe journey. Thank you Andres. Blessings!

I am sharing my experience because it matters. I had a horrible initial experience on 8/8/22 with my service so I sent an email. Greg called me to make my experience better. However after getting my car back on Friday, I noticed it still was having an issue. I went back first thing Monday and asked for the supervisor. When the supervisor came outside to speak with me it was Greg. He was kind and pleasant and assured me he would take care of it. He went above and beyond to make things better. Once my car was completed he took a test ride with me to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate what he did as an individual to make me feel better and calm my concerns. Honda has a great product but it means nothing without great people to present it. Greg is definitely one of those great people. I said I would never return to the Essington location but after dealing with Greg I won’t go anywhere else. He is very kind and catering. And yes…. It matters!!
