I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and his team. My family experienced a pretty horrific fire. I was weary about hiring a Public Adjuster and figured it would be an extra expense I didn't need to incur. After doing my research on Public Adjusters in general, I decided it might be worth getting one. Sean explained the process to me and was always responsive when I called. I thought his fee was reasonable, so I signed the contract. So far he has been well worth it. His team did all the interface with the insurance company and the contractors freeing up my time to handle all the other things related to the fire. Watching your house burn in front of your eyes, losing almost everything except the clothes on your back, not knowing what to do, how does this work, can't even get a person on the phone at the insurance company to answer any questions. Shawn and Bob came calmed our fears, told us how things work, and helped us through the process. They responded every time we reached out. They took care of finding us a place to stay, helped us find the right company to manage our rebuild, helped manage all the things needed by the insurance company so we could maintain as close to a 'normal' life as possible while our house was being rebuilt.
