Super friendly and helpful. They got me a small tray of rivets made in 15 minutes on EAGLES superbowl day without an order. I fully expected a no, and I was ok with that. My poor planning is not their problem. However they said no problem and I'm truly thankful! You will continue to get my business.

Great customer service over the phone. I placed a large order for a company meeting that they had ready for me at 7am. Friendly customer service in store as well. Pretzel breakfast sandwich tasted good as well.

I don't know how people could actually pull something off and say that they were feeding their friends and family food poisoning that is a bunch of bull. Never had a bad experience never had moldy cheese sounds like and it looks like half of it was eaten and left out that's how it got moldy. And they probably got sick from all the alcohol they were drinking, give me a break! I guess you'll tell me blue cheese gave him salmonella. LOL. Brings back memories of South Philly and the long Departed Federal Pretzel Company I used to be a delivery boy with my little red wagon and doing the saying" fresh pretzels" on a Saturday morning people would come out of their doors to buy some pretzels. Miss those days so much
