Very helpful staff, able to answer any questions you might have and give suggestions if you have an issue. Usually has what you need in stock for brewing and helps out in anyway they can.
Being a first time brewer I'm sure glad I stopped in. Anthony was extremely helpful in getting me the right equipment and knowledgeable about the process. They have all the equipment you would need. Would reccomend as a must for any homebrewer
Staff here is extremely knowledgable! They supply a lot of equipment to help with your homebrew, wine, cheese, soap and beekeeping needs. I go here for most of my homebrew supplies and if I have a question regarding a project, they are more than happy to provide direction and personal experience to help me succeed.
I've been brewing for almost 10 years and have visited homebrew stores all over the northeast. This is the best I've been to by far. Most importantly, the staff (especially Tom) are very knowledgeable and friendly. Took plenty of time to answer questions about their merchandise and even to make recipe suggestions. No sarcasm or condescension even though I'm sure they get the same kinds of questions five times a day. This large store also has a very good selection. And the prices are good, maybe a little higher than online but the advantages of buying from a friendly human being, locally, and getting fresh ingredients are well worth it.
My experience here has been A++. The staff is helpful, intelligent and provide an excellent and uncommon level of expertise and service. Their inventory is quite vast covering just about anything one could want or need to ferment and preserve the results. The concern by the staff to provide the best service they can (and not just make profit) is admirable and not frequently seen these days. This business is an asset to the community.
