Introducing the man that wrote the book on Customer Service! Scott is amazing! He is attentive and unbelievably courteous. I've used him many, many times for regular dry cleaning, but this year I needed something special.

For Christmas gifts this year, my company was giving out sweatshirts with company patches on them. Scott stitched all the patches perfectly and in an extremely urgent amount of time. After he performed the job and we were sorting out who was getting what, we discovered we were a sweatshirt short. We needed a super rush job in order to meet our deadline. Scott didn't bat an eye and took care of it immediately. Definitely saved Christmas (at least for one guy...).

Scott delivers every time. I couldn't be happier with him and his abilities. The man is the GOAT.

Did I mention he perfected the double-hand, hand shake? Yeah... he's OG!

I needed my suit altered and cleaned asap for my mother's Funeral. It was around Thanksgiving and they were still able to get it done. Very professional and respectful and suit was tailored perfectly.

Scott and his staff are hands down amazing. Always smiling, helpful and will fix anything you need to make it right. More businesses should operate like them!

I’m from out of town but came to Deptford for a wedding and had an emergency situation where my suit got ruined by some liquid in my luggage and I needed same-day dry cleaning on a Saturday before 3PM. After calling multiple dry cleaners that were closer to me, Scott picked up the phone at Perfect Press and assured me that he’d be able to help and to just come on over.

Long story short, Scott has able to have my entire suit looking completely new by 1:30PM, and was incredibly nice and pleasant to interact with the whole way through! If I were a local, this would definitely become my go to place for the reliability, service and speed!
