The process was quick and thorough. I didn't expect the vehicle to be done so quickly but they are usually very fast here. This location is convenient and my family has trusted our cars here for many years and they certainly do a great job as if it was their own car

Great customer service experience! I do not remember the man’s name who helped me at the register but he was very transparent, proactive (kept me updated during my service), polite, and patient. As compared to other pep boys locations I’ve been, this one thus far has been the best! I made My appointment for 12 and I received a call shortly after! I didn’t expect to hear from them until after 3. Great experience!

I came in because of a problem tire. I was able to make an appointment online and I was seen promptly. I was treated respectfully, and the staff were very helpful. It turns out I needed a new tire. The tire was installed, and I was on my way. The entire visit lasted approximately 45 minutes.

Went into pep boys for an oil change without an appointment. I was checked in by the assistant Dan who took wonderful care of me and my car. It’s hard to find a place where the workers are easy to talk to and funny. Jamie and Dan were wonderful and I was in and out with no problem! 10/10 would recommend!

Great guys, personable. Great front end alignment and tires!
Would have been 5 stars, but My truck was slightly damaged, they have offered to pay for everything.
Will get back on to share resolution.
