Dan and Alvin were amazing! Yesterday while driving to the bank after work with my son i noticed my tire was losing air quickly, i pulled into pep boys and Dan plugged my tire with the asistance of Alvin. They literally stopped what they were doing to help me out right away. I can’t be more thankful and pleased with the professional and graciousness the two of them showed us.

This location is awesome! I was very nervous about an issue with my car, but everyone took me seriously & double-checked everything to my satisfaction. During & after the diagnostic, the car technician was so kind & helpful in explaining everything to me. The location & waiting area are also super clean. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Wilson was very attentive, cordial and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable, informative and went the extra mile. I’m am very pleased with the service and attention to detail that was delivered and I was in and out in one hour. I was planning to spend several hours there and was pleasantly surprised. I found a new home for my vehicles. Needless to say I will surely spread the word. Thank you Pep Boys.
