Eric and Chris are a great team. I’ve been here multiple times to get my car serviced. Oil change and thermostat replaced and system flushed. I’ve had this done years ago at the pep boys on Columbus blvd and it Took them 3 attempts to fix. These guys did it in one shot and its Great. When the initially looked at it they called, told me what was needed and without Asking told me the price. This to me is one of the most important things for a customer to have and they Are prompt and very Nice people. I got an appointment right away which I also was shocked about. These two employees deserve recognition. They were there after closing so I could pick up my car and I know they had to have worked at 10 hour work day because I dropped my car off at 9am and picked It up at 7pm. They were still working with customers when I was leaving. If you live in the fishtown or Kensington neighborhood I would check this car service place. Honest, prompt, fair price and very Delightful service.
