To be completely honest, I got a haircut that I wasn't fully pleased with and upon calling in and letting them know, they not only asked me to come back in to fix it (which they did, beautifully), but they also gave me free product to make up for my troubles. I usually never leave reviews anywhere, but the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my haircut speaks volumes about this place. Tremendous customer service. Well done gentlemen!

I was looking for a great head and face shave, and Penny Lane Barbers delivered. My barber, Alex, was personable and meticulous in his craft. I enjoyed good conversation, a relaxing experience, and left looking and feeling refreshed. I will definitely be back in the future.

Great spot to relax when getting a professional haircut and beard trim. If you're lucky to be there when the brewer from Flying Fish brewery is getting cut he'll share beer with whomever.
