I can't speak to how efficiently the office is run because the doctor accommodated me with off hour appointments and there was no staff there other than the doctor at the time of the three appointments where I went. The doctor was very professional, thorough, and had a good way about him. My insurance does not require referrals and I found this doctor on my own. When I returned to my primary care physician to discuss my visit with this office they were pleased I had gone to this particular doctor and commented on their good reputation.
