(November 6, 2022, 10:50 am)The food was good just like the other Pats locations. The one thing that is weird is how confused they seem to be when picking up online orders. Whenever I go there I try to give them my order number but they ask for my name. No problem, I give the person at the counter my name and she always tells me she can't find my order. Then it's like a light bulb goes off and suddenly she finds it. Just take the order number in the first place. The order pickup is really my only issue. Maybe it's just this particular employee?
