I recently had a major loss due to a water heater malfunction in my basement that virtually ruined everything in my basement cave. i had just completed the finishing touches from a year long renovation and sure enough my water heater blows, discharging more water than you ever could imagine.I contacted my insurance carrier and although initially responsive, things came to almost a complete standstill when I had three contractors give me estimates.
