I have been a customer of Pacifico Marple Ford since I was 19yrs old (now 33) and there's a reason I keep going back! Not only do you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, you'll feel comfortable and confident in your lease or purchasing choices. I guarantee it! So much so I have referred friends and family! My go to guy is Alan Williams. Al has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of, and that I get exactly what I'm looking for! they truly do care about their customers. I would also like to give a shout out to Anthony Nestor, going over finances and signing with him is a breeze! Much like Mr. Williams, Anthony will go the extra mile to make sure you are confident and happy with all of your options! I couldn't think of a more convenient and wonderful place to do business than with Pacifico Marple Ford!!

I purchased a Ford Bronco from Pacifico Marple Ford in December 2022. I was an early reservation so I had a lot of communication with the dealership. Everyone is spoke with was courteous and professional..and patient. They gave me great advice which led to the right purchase for me. The salesman Shane knew the vehicle inside and out. felt like I was treated like a member of the family from Day 1. Kudos to the General Manager Sean. I would definitely buy or lease my next vehicle from them.

Through my first 10,000 miles with my new Escape, the vehicle has performed flawlessly. Now I am pleased to report additionally that my first scheduled maintenance was easy to arrange (the online scheduler is even easier than over the phone), and the service was performed promptly and expertly while I waited.
