From the beginning both Kevin, the mechanic, and the owner (didn’t catch his name), were pleasant, patient and thorough. After like 3 failed mechanics saying it was a fuel pump, Kevin discovered it was the starter. Kevin would show me exactly what was wrong and explain my options. I never felt cheated or misled, and I’ll be only letting my car be serviced by them.
The mechanic was efficient and mindful with my time. Everything was explained to me before hand and I was given a choice on the oil and the parts used for my car concerning quality and pricing. 100% satisfied with everything. Definitely will be using this shop for all my future services! 👍👍
