Very thorough and comprehensive evaluation. My therapist seems to know the ins and outs of shoulder problems, and gave me some solid recommendations on things I could do to strengthen mine. I appreciate both the recommendations and the follow-up contacts we've had since.

Being an IT professional for 15+ years, I’m mostly sitting down 8+ hours a day. Over this time I’ve developed issues in my neck and lower back. When agitated, pain can last for several days. Working with OrthoTeleRehab, they have used McKenzie techniques on my neck and lower back while providing a schedule on how often to perform these techniques. Over a couple days performing the guidance provided, I’ve been able to eliminate my neck and lower back pain. They also provided me the guidance for a proper ergonomic setup for my office to reduce the possibility of reoccurring pain. I highly recommend and will continue to use them moving forward.
