My tech, John, did an outstanding job! Water was sitting in my tub for hours and was not draining. John was prompt and courteous, even making sure to get verification (from the leasing-office), before beginning the job, as I live in a rental unit. About 20 minutes later and my drain was clear. John also attempted to wash out my tub and leave it cleaner than he found it! He even doubled checked to make sure the water was draining properly before leaving!

Our sewer line was clogged on a Saturday morning. Roto Rooter arrived within 1 hour of being called, and our line was cleared an hour later.
The technician who responded, Teddy, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and made sure we understood how to prevent the same problem in the future before he left.
The price for the job was extremely reasonable, and if the manner in which it was completed is an indication of the quality of work one can expect from a plumbing company, Rooter Rooter is certainly at the top of their profession.
