Orchard Square Apartments

My husband and I lived here for 3.5 years and have only great things to say about this place. The staff is a HUGE part of why we loved living here. Because it is a smaller complex, you get to know the staff well. Steve and Kyle (maintenance) are excellent and complete work orders in a very efficient manner. When we had problems with our washer, it was replaced the very next day. They also are great with staying on top of any snow/ice in the complex. Eileen was also wonderful and very helpful during our time here. They are all very friendly. The location is perfect and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. We enjoyed walking around the adjacent neighborhoods as well. Thank you for everything!

After 2 years of living at Orchard Square, I can honestly say that these 5 stars aren’t even enough to say how grateful I am for Orchard Square and how amazing it was to call home. The only reason we are leaving is strictly just because we have finally been able to purchase a house. Eileen, Steve, and Kyle have been nothing but amazing during our time here. Units are clean. When maintenance is necessary, Steve and Kyle are always on top of it and nice to chat with. An added bonus is the amount of nature you see around on a daily basis (deer, foxes, etc.). I cannot say enough positive things about Orchard Square, and would recommend it to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this little community. I lived here starting in 1996 through to 2006. I moved out for a bit and came back in 2009 and ended up staying until this year. They almost have a cottage feel to them. You have your privacy and I found the neighbors to always be pretty chill and friendly. Truly a quiet little gem in a congested area to live. I do love this place.

First let me say how awesome Aileen, Steve and Kyle are. They are incredibly friendly, which was welcome considering I felt like I passed through all 9 levels of Dante's inferno while searching for a suitable place to live (everywhere I had seen was horrible, over priced and dirty but then it happened.... orchard square had an opening and it was like a glowing halo and hearing Angels sing ). My apartment is lovely, lots of space and light. I have had 2 issues while living here and Eileen called Kyle and Steve to change my lock and fix my water heater, the guys were literally there in less then 30 mins (I don't even get my pizza delivered that fast!) Orchard square is quite the hidden gem! If you are lucky enough to notice they have an opening JUMP on it :)
