Ophthalmic Associates

I have been having trouble with my eyes for months now. I had an appointment with Will’s eye back in November 2022 but ended up having to cancel. I rescheduled but couldn’t get in till March 2023. After seeing the specialist at Will’s eye in Paoli on 3/3. I ended up having to go to Will’s eye ER that weekend. I was told to schedule an appointment with an eye specialist who specializes in Graves’ disease. I called Ophthalmic Associates on 3/6 and was given an appointment for 3/9. I was greeted by the nice young lady behind the desk. I was asked to fill out paperwork. Before I could hand the paperwork back to the receptionist, the assistant was ready to bring me back. She took my medical history, and did a few other things. She was very patient with me, as I am absolutely deathly afraid of anything that has to do with your eyes. She then brought me to a room to wait for the doctor. I sat in the room for maybe 2 minutes before Dr. Sieber came in. She made sure I was ok the entire time, allowing me to take breaks as much as needed to catch my breath. You could tell how much she really loved her job and cared for her patients. She even called the Dr I saw in Paoli to find out why he sent me to the ER. He was actually one of her residents. My only complaint is, that I didn’t find out about this practice till now. I could have avoided a lot of wasted time over the last few months. I would 100% recommend this practice. Everyone I encountered today including the women I spoke with on the phone was polite, helpful and supportive with my needs. Thank you!

Dr. Christian was amazing with my daughter! Her patience and friendliness put her worries at ease, being that it was her first time at an eye doctor. She explained everything to us thoroughly and what to expect in the future as she grows. The office was great and there was even a pediatric waiting room just for kids!

Would highly recommend. They are really great for all age patients. Reception staff is helpful . We go to doctor Christine, and she is nice at her work , friendly too that helps to get kids easily checked up. . Also making appointments is easy. They are prompt at picking up the calls and also calls us back .
